First impression is the last impression. So, our first thought is my partner should be someone who looks at least as good as me. But when you interact with the person, and you come to know that this person is not the way he or she looks. He looks smart but through his behaviour he is dumb. This person looks confident but he was not able to perform, so the impression is not lasting. So, what are the things which you should take care of?
Number One. Your confidence is the key. If you are asked spontaneously that you need to go to a meeting or a conference and you are wearing some casual clothes or lets say you are wearing something inappropriate for the occasion, and now you are asked to say something, would you be able to do it? What would be your confidence level? If you are confident enough to speak, you will not care how you look. You will just deliver it without any problem.
Consider the reverse scenario, you are going to a meeting and you have dressed absolutely fine. You are in a perfect suit, trimmed or clean shave, high quality perfume & everything. But you are not sure about how well you will perform. You are not sure about your preparation. You underperform. In this case, people will not be impressed even though you are looking great. So, try to wear confidence in your life. Try to look Confident & not just handsome.

Number Three. Look at how are you talking. Are you talking everyone with same respect and attention? Or you are discriminating people based on their looks? are you able to continue the conversation in a friendly, funny & healthy way? People should aim at their ability of carrying any conversation. You have to be able to do this in order to look good in front of others. Remember not to use your looks as an excuse to take yourself out of the game.
